Support is incredibly important to you as part of your user experience.
We will always try to make sure problems don’t occur but after all this is IT, there
are lots of different Operating Systems, differing levels of understanding and hardware
failures to deal with so we recognise issues occur and you may on occasion need to
call on our support.
If you do need to call upon us we want this experience to be as positive as possible
which is why we provide you with a number of different routes to accessing support.

up both for the free Community Edition as well as the commercial products.
Knowledge Base - A more complete technical resource allowing the technically minded
to get some quick self help or understand more about aspects of the products.
Issue Reporting - If you want to let us know about a particular issue or to put in
a request for additional functionality then this is the place.
Customer Login - If you are a commercial customer and you want to download installers
or patches, manage your licence keys or access the full technical documentation this
is where you will need to log in.
