Software Skills Training

Whilst our software is very easy to pick up and use many clients find that a degree of training, in particular for their Project Managers and PSO administrators helps with engagement and speed of implementation.

We run standard three standard training modules:

• Team Member (half day)
• Project Manager/PSO admin (half day)
• Method Manager (full day)

Each module module assumes the material in the previous one has already been covered.

The courses are usually run in house and we run two public Team/PM courses a year as a cost effective route for topping up skills with new employees.

Methodology Skills Training

Many organisations find it beneficial to have a strong methodology grounding for their project teams in additional to their software skills training and we can provide this in partnership with our accredited training partners both in the UK and overseas.

We see this as a key solution part of the 'capability' you are buying when coming to PROJECT in a box. These training days are usually provided separately prior to software skills training although recently demand for our integrated solutions courses has grown significantly.

Integration Services

These technical consultancy services support your practical integration and embedding of the software and include areas such as:

• Install test and configure software
• Report data feeds and customisation
• Existing project migration
• Audit and mentoring
• Software integration via API

We provide remote consultancy on all these aspects as part of our support package and only charge these as services when clients wish us to take an active roll in delivering these activities.

Methodology Development

Not all of our customers want to use Method Manager to produce their own methods which is why we can offer this as a service at two levels:

• Existing Customised Method - you provide us with all the details of your existing project management methodology and we will produce a Method Template for you.

• Methodology Development - our consultants are experienced in developing and implementing project management methodologies in many business areas and we can assist or lead your methodology development process for you.  Often an external lead helps add impetus to this process and can result in a broader review of the approaches available.

We quote for these services depending on each particular customer's requirements.

Hosting Service

Most of our clients host their own server in-house however we also provide an external hosting service which can be very useful in a number of circumstances.  In particular when clients want to get up and running quickly or want to have secure access over the internet from anywhere.

Often an organisation's internal IT resourse can be slow to respond to these requests and we can step in to provide a short term solution or provide this as a long term service.

Our hosting is secure and professionally managed and covered by an extensive SLA.
