Community
Edition is hardcoded to use full PRINCE2 so you will need to understand
PRINCE2 reasonably well to get the most out of the product.
To
help you with this we have licensed the authentic PRINCE2 diagrams for
you to use in the product and we can also provide you with the PRINCE2
template files and Glossary under licence from OGC.
Glossary
- covering all the key PRINCE2 terminology
If
this isn't enough to get you up to speed with PRINCE2 you might like to
consider our additional authentic PRINCE2 materials for further support.

PROJECT in a box is the big brother to Community Edition and
differs in four main ways:
- It is a secure multi user web based system
- It provides you with a range of PRINCE2 options in
the form of P2ABC
so you can be fully PRINCE2 compliant and also manage your smaller less
complex projects with a lighter method within the same host system
- It allows you to tailor your PRINCE2 methods and in
fact to set up and use any derivative or bespoke method you
want to for managing your projects
- It provides significant additional functionality
including
dashboards, reporting, portfolios, notifications and Outlook integration
Even with all this it still manages to retain its ease of use and
familiarity to a PRINCE2 process.

"We
have now been running
with PROJECT in a box for a year and it is used by a core team on
around twenty projects. However with the Outlook integration
facilities we can easily share documents with team members such as
external contractors who don't have access to the system. I
would
say this file based nature is one of the system's greatest advantages"
- Richard Saywell,
Toshiba Information Systems (UK)

We do not provide implementation consultancy, development services or
training for Community Edition as this is provided entirely
for
no commercial gain.
PROJECT in a box is supported by implementation consultancy
and a range of product training courses. Of course we can
also
provide you with expert skills training courses in PRINCE2 and other
project and programme management related fields, even combining these
normally discrete elements to provide a valuable solution proposal for
your organisation.
