Small Team and Enterprise Edition new version 3.2

Significant extension to the content and flexibility of reporting with new styles and layouts possible and a range of options for charting and data analysis of Risks and Issues.  New Gantt chart display and option Poster style reports complete the reporting related features.

More generally version 3.2 can now accept risk and issue data from Planner and from excel registers giving you more flexibility and analysis than you have had before.  Risk and Issue management forms can merge this data at Project and Portfolio/Programme level to help your management of these important areas. Finally new forms help department or resource managers keep track of the tasks assigned to individuals or groups they are interested in.  See the new version 3.2 video tour now to see it in action.

Here are some examples of the new reports produced to word with one click so you can finalise your message and then saved to PDF, project and portfolio reports in default and poster styles:

You can also create and share your own report styles and structures so you can focus the information for the different audiences and include appropriate strong branding.

 

 

Personal Edition new version 3.1 released

New Personal Edition version 3.1 provides the new method template set and extensive new reporting capabilities including automatically setting up your reporting sources when the new project is created and close integration with Planner so Risks and Issues collected there can be used.

Extensive changes to the reporting outputs include new charts, filters and custiomised branding and presentation options including auto loading of images from your project image library.

 

Video tour of new features is now available and existing Personal Edition customers can upgrade to version 3.1 for just £25 plus VAT.

Planner extended for Risks and Issues

Planner has been a very popular addition to our product range providing free plan, task, resource management capability and now it is available with even more.  The new Version 2.0 also provides Risk and Issue management so you can collect, manage and analyse your risks and share the information or analysis with your colleagues.
