PRINCE2  Solution Training

Quite often our smaller team implementations are into a project or department environment where there is an existing trained PRINCE2 PM or DM who wants their team to adopt the method.

Our Solutions training course is the perfect fit here.  The One day course is mainly a PRINCE2 Overview course delivered by an accredited PRINCE2 trainer to introduce your team to the basic principles and processes of PRINCE2.  The course then also covers the basics of using PROJECT in a box in a PRINCE2 environment.  

This enables the delegates (usually up to 12) to bond around what PRINCE2 means for their project(s) and how they will be interacting with it in practice in a cost effective and practical way.

This course is usually taught from an agenda but can also be run as a workshop focusing on the needs of a particular project making it a great way to launch that important project with the principles of how it will be managed clear.
