In the UK the DSDM Consortium leads the way in popularising and educating around
Agile methods with their DSDM Atern method and so as we have with other ‘standards’
such as PRINCE2© and MSP® we have licensed content from this method to provide users
with an Authentic environment.
The Atern method contains process diagrams, the full set of official Atern document templates minus the inbuilt guidance, additional PROJECT in a box templates and a separate set of basic guidance materials. Available now on all edition of PROJECT in a box.
