ITIL Framework
The PROJECT in a box ITIL Framework covers the five main processes:
Service Strategy
Service Design
Service Transition
Service Operation
Continual Service Improvement
As well as the sub processed within a simple to use navigation structure which displays the materials to be used in each process along with guidance on how and when they should be used. Sometimes materials are guidance notes, other times templates or a place holder reminding you to collect some materials during the process.
Incident management and problem management have been further mapped as the sub process level which can be stepped through in more detail as these areas are a major focus for the Foundation study.
The Framework has also been provided with an Additional resources section linking users to further sources of information and also providing helpful perspectives on the document library including the split between Strategic, Tactical and Operational documents.

All PROJECT in a box commercial packages support the ITIL framework which can be added as a commercial extension. With these packages you can also personalise/customise your framework.
