Traditionally most PROJECT in a box customers have purchased PROJECT in a box with our great Perpetual pricing which means they can install it in house and use it as long as they want. This doesn't suit everyone though as more organisations look to move to a Software as a Service (SaaS) model many of them giving the following reasons:
- We want to start using the system today and can't wait for our IT people to get the servers set up
- We don't want to have to manage a server and associated infrastructure
- We want to share access to the project with colleagues from other organisations but our IT people won't allow access through our firewall
- We just need it for the duration of a project
What you are getting here is exactly the same system as customers who purchase PROJECT in a box but you only pay for it as long as you are using it and you don't have to invest resources in setting up the server and infrastructure. If you decide later you would like to move onto a Perpetual licence rather than paying monthly thats no problem and we will credit you with some of your existing investment.
PIAB Office is available in two different configurations as described in more detail in the packages section and they can all be scaled to match your particular needs in terms of user numbers and types or methodologies required.
