Traditionally most PROJECT in a box customers have purchased their perpetual licences and hosted on their own servers so they as long as they want.
This doesn't suit everyone though as more organisations look to move to a Software as a Service (SaaS) model many of them giving the following reasons:
- We want to start using the system today and can't wait for our IT people to get the servers set up
- We don't want to have to manage a server and associated infrastructure
- We want to share access to the project with colleagues from other organisations but our IT people won't allow access through our firewall
- We just need it for the duration of a particular project
Our hosting service gives you the flexibility to decide how to work, from pure SaaS
where you pay monthly through to purchasing your licences and then payment for a
hosting service in six month blocks. Perfect to run a pilot or to deploy quickly
and then when your internal infrastructure is ready we will package your server and
help you migrate it in-
Setting up your SaaS
We can have your site up and running within hours including all the standard methodologies and all preconfigured for your users to access via the browser or deploy the software clients.
Hosting service starts from £500 for six months at our standard SLA and pure SaaS prices including licences, hosting and service are available on request.
You can also add your own personalised methodologies and share projects based on these securely with your colleagues, partners, suppliers and customers.
