1. JQuery updated from 3.4.1 to 3.5.1
2. Added a manifest log CSV output to the 'Export Project' function to allow confidence checking of the exported files vs originals
3. Fixed up PDF preview in the browser (client side, so browser-dependent)
4. Fixed a SQL error on 'Manage Resources' form, 'Only Show Unallocated Users'
5. Various translation fixes
6. 'colorpicker' JavaScript server-side libraries were missing from the install
