If you find any problems with the process:

  1. Open your PIAB install folder on the server (normally 'Program Files\PROJECT in a box Professional').
  2. Look for the patch log file e.g. 'piabpatchlog-[2010-10-20_10-30-00].txt'
  3. Review for errors, and send to support at support@projectinabox.org.uk
