Methodology Training from PROJECT in a box
Many organisations find it beneficial to have a strong methodology grounding for their project teams in additional to their software skills training and we can provide this in partnership with our accredited training partners both in the UK and overseas.
We see this as a key solution part of the 'capability' you are buying when coming to PROJECT in a box. These training days are usually provided separately prior to software skills training although recently demand for our integrated solutions courses has grown significantly.

PRINCE2 Supported Learning
PRINCE2™ Training courses can be expensive esecially for the private individual and the alternative of self study from a book can result in you missing important insights into the method. This is why CUPE developed their unique Supported Learning PRINCE2™ Programme.
The CUPE supported learning programme is designed to reflect the learning undertaken on a PRINCE2™ course, hence you are supplied with all the material you would have received on the course – PRINCE2™ Manual, Pre-Course Study Guide, CD Rom of practice questions, course folder. In addition you will receive exercises, topic questions and diagrams, which consolidate your understanding of the method and prepare you for the examination(s). Your tutor supports you through the process and provides feedback on any work you submit.

overview and Project Team Training Course Based around a standard Introduction to PRINCE2
training
course provided by one of our PRINCE2 Accredited training partners. The format would consist of the first two thirds
providing classroom introduction to the principles and concepts of
PRINCE2 and the last third how to apply this using the PROJECT in a box
system. We can provide some tailoring of the course to focus on the
elements of PRINCE2 which are of greatest interest to your employees
and this can also cover our lighter PRINCE2 methods of AccessP2 and
BasicP2 if required. |
