Standard Services Package
The robust long proven technology that underpins Community Edition and Personal Edition enables us to provide a free Support service on both these applications for the current technology profile.
Upgrades and extensions can be purchased when required rather than being covered by a maintenance contract. Training is not normally provided but can be purchased on an hourly rate if required.
Silver Services Package
The price for Small Team Edition users includes the Silver Services package as follows:
- Two hours remote implementation support -
to assist with training or method customisation - Twelve months of technical support via email, phone and remote access
- Twelve months of product upgrades enabling you to keep upgrading with the latest new features.
When the first twelve months expires you can choose to extend the services package for a further twelve months for £200.
Additional training or implementation support can be purchased at the published rate if this is helpful in backing up your implementation.
Gold Services Package
The Enterprise Edition licence includes our Gold Services package which helps you get your system up and running quickly and effectively, this includes:
- Four hours web based training to guide your system administrator through set up and population
- Four hours of remote methodology personalisation or customisation work
- Twelve months of technical support via email, phone and remote access
- Twelve months of product upgrades enabling you to keep upgrading with the latest new features.
When the first twelve months expires you can choose to extend the services package for a further twelve months for 20% of the price of your system.
Additional training or implementation support can be purchased at the published rate if this is helpful in backing up your implementation.
