Manager/Administrator Training Course A complete understanding of using and managing PROJECT in a box covering general project working but also including reporting and how to set up projects and administer users. In addition to the
content on the
Project Team training this
course covers adding projects and stages, deleting content and
tailoring a
project. On the
user administration the
course covers managing all user accounts including portfolio and
administration
permissions as well as report production and distribution. The course includes a
section on
system administration, licensing, back-up management and using the
supporting tools including Data tool and an optional introduction to
Method
manager. |

Method
Manager Workshop This workshop enables you
to learn
Method Manager in a practical
hands on environment with close supervision.
The
workshop is based around a standard case study
to produce a new
method template for use in PROJECT in a box but customers can
provide their
own material and get hands on support with developing a method template
for
their own needs if they prefer. |

Personal Training session Arrange a personal training session covering any PROJECT in a box product. Perfect for many different circumstances:
Book the number of hour long sessions you require and we will schedule a convenient time. The training is delivered via web meeting which enables you to share the mouse and key board as we walk through and talk about the functionality you are interested in. Provided with one user in mind but with a projector and a meeting room you could run effective introduction training this way as well. |

PRINCE2
overview and Project Team Training Course Based around a standard Introduction to PRINCE2
training
course provided by one of our PRINCE2 Accredited training partners. The format would consist of the first two thirds
providing classroom introduction to the principles and concepts of
PRINCE2 and the last third how to apply this using the PROJECT in a box
system. We can provide some tailoring of the course to focus on the
elements of PRINCE2 which are of greatest interest to your employees
and this can also cover our lighter PRINCE2 methods of AccessP2 and
BasicP2 if required. |
