Guidance when you need it

Official PRINCE2 Guidance

PROJECT in a box are licensed resellers for TSO, and this enables us to provide access to the full range of OGC best practice products including PRINCE2, Managing Successful Programmes, P3O, Management of Risk, ITIL etc.

We can provide these as books but more importantly we can provide you with a licence to access the official materials on-line direct from the Managing best practice website.

These licences are annual and provide for either a single user or a number of users (managed under a concurrency arrangement) to access the materials as much as they want during the time.  Navigation is enhanced over using the book and the keyword search facility is also very powerful.

Available off the shelf

As you would expect from PROJECT in a box you can access this capability quickly as we have a method template available off the shelf already set up with the most commonly used links.  This is available to use on Community Edition or Personal Edition with a one year single user licence to access the guidance materials for just £75. Prices for multi-user access start at £250.

Personalise to your needs

Of course as with other resources from PROJECT in a box you can mould this useful starting point to become an essential part of your resource centre supporting pure PRINCE2 or your own personalised version of PRINCE2.

Personalisation could be undertaken at the method template level so that all new projects have the modified Guidance or on each project a PM or your PSO could add additional guidance links in areas of the process where a team is weak.

Of course you can also merge these links with existing internal resources and providing a library of these resources to users within PROJECT in a box has proven to be a very successful approach in improving the way projects are managed and the outcomes that are delivered.
