We provide free and cost effective commercial software for the individual PM or the person from a larger organisation studying for PRINCE2™ qualifications.
PRINCE2™ is popular. Over 1,500 people take exams every week with many of these being individuals on public courses or who have self studied. We started down the same route ourselves with PRINCE2™ and know that it can be difficult returning to implement it at work when your colleagues are not qualified.
PROJECT in a box was originally launched to support this individual PM level requirement which is universally overlooked by the other commercial project management solution providers.

The world's most popular PRINCE2™ software product, Community Edition is used by more that 20,000 users in 130 countries. Installed on a single PC it provides the user with the Authentic PRINCE2™ navigation diagrams, template documents and PRINCE2™ glossary as well as guidance on which document to use where. Community Edition then also provides your configuration management generating an audit trail and storing previous copies. In short it becomes your Project Support Office and lets you concentrate on delivering your project. It is completely free and can be used for as long as you want on as many projects as you want. |

The P2 Guidance Module provides >250,000 words of Authentic PRINCE2™ guidance (taken directly from the PRINCE2™ manual under licence). This has been packaged into 70 easily digestible topics and is provided in a context sensitive help file. P2GM is can be used with Community Edition or any of the PROJECT in a box family products and makes guidance on your current PRINCE2™ process or activity available just by pressing F2. Until recently overtaken by Personal Version (which includes a copy of P2GM) this was the most popular purchase from our on-line store and for just £25 it isn't difficult to see why. |

Providing the same document and configuration management capabilities as Community Edition but with enhanced templates including for smaller and lower risk projects. PROJECT in a box also provides Outlook and MS Project integration as well as a host of additional features. PROJECT in a box for team and corporate use starts at £575 and provides multi-user interactive access to projects but we also provide this Personal version which provides exactly the same functionality except it is limited to a single user and available for just £99. Supporting Project Migration from the Community Edition
We know that many of our PROJECT in a box Community Edition upgrade to the to Personal Version to take advantage of the many additional benefitsand want to transfer their existing projects with them. To help with this we provide a Data Tool utility which is available from the customers Download Centre. The Data Tool lets the user migrate their projects from Community to the PROJECT in a box server (part of your Personal version) and between different PROJECT in a box servers.
With any purchase of Personal Version or P2GM we provide three months of free support and upgrades to give you peace of mind.
