Authentic Guidance
Many of the PRINCE2™ products on the market claim to provide guidance on the methodology, but when you delve a bit deeper you discover that they provide 'their interpretation' on what is required, often rephrased and using different terminology to avoid copyright issues. This just makes life more difficult for you when you need assistance.
At PROJECT in a box we believe in using, where possible, only AUTHENTIC material licensed from OGC (the owners of PRINCE2™) to make your job of interpreting and implementing the methodology as easy as possible.
We know that our Community Edition is the most widely used aid to learning and delivering first PRINCE2™ projects, so when our users started asking us if we could provide methodology support to the products it was obvious that we would licence authentic material and package it for easy access from our range of software products.
You can buy a licence for P2 Guidance module for just £25+vat and use it with Community Edition, PROJECT in a box Manager and Team licences (Personal Version already includes a free copy of P2GM).
Easy to use
Once installed P2GM is very easy to use, where ever you are in the process just press F2 and the tool will launch on the most appropriate page of guidance. You can then read or follow the section links. Wider browsing is supported by the contents list and the search facilities
Supporting P2ABC
In addition to the core AUTHENTIC PRINCE2 material from the manual we have also produced similar lighter guidance sections for our very popular P2ABC scaled PRINCE2 methods and the PPP Proposal Preparation Process. This is invaluable for uses who move on beyond Community Edition to explore additional methods.
