MSP Implementation
Unlike with PRINCE2 where OGC publish a free set of approved PRINCE2 templates, there is no such resource made available for organisations implementing MSP or individuals learning the methodology.
The significant level of documentation involved in implementing MSP and in particular the importance of sharing and managing this to the success of the programme means that it is very difficult to be successful without a good management communications system in place and a good set of templates to get you up and running quickly.
It is with this requirement in mind that we developed the MSP Method Template which contains a full set of MSP template files, pretty much the entire guide broken down into guidance notes and all this structured for immediate use in PROJECT in a box.
Providing this as a PROJECT in a box method template means that the content can be tailored or personalised for the organisation with branding or additional/reduced materials and then each programme launched with consistent structure and content. The PROJECT in a box tool set can then be used for document management, access control, reporting, communications and can even host all the underlying projects and provide integration between programmes and projects.

There are other software vendors who claim to provide an MSP implementation route but the PROJECT in a box MSP Method Template is the only MSP Licensed Product.
