Standard Method Templates

The Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) Method Template is the perfect complement to your PRINCE2 project environment.

As you would expect from PROJECT in a box it includes process diagram, templates derived from the actual MSP manual and produced under licence from OGC.  in the new MSP-2008 Method Template which is based on the 2007 revision of the methodology the Method Template also includes extensive guidance content making for easier roll out and adoption by your team.

With the MSP method template you can manage your programme and then access information for the subsidiary projects directly and in real time from the project files themselves elsewhere in the system.  This joined-up capability when taken with the Portfolio RAG status reports creates a powerful programme management capability.

The MSP method template is priced at £1,000 for oranisations and can be used for any number of programmes on your PROJECT in a box system.  Individuals can buy for £250 as an add on to Personal Version  Once purchased you can, if you wish, further customise to match the language and documents in use with your organisation.

The Proposal Preparation Process (PPP) Method Template is included for free with your PROJECT in a box system  and provides a framework for responding to tender exercises and other structured sales processes.

As with other PROJECT in a box method tempaltes PPP provides a process diagram, a set of templates and tools and some guidance materials to help you get up and running quickly and to react consistently to the circumstances.

The PPP Method template also has it's own Sales Funnel Report  which brings together the latest data on each opportunity in the current portfolio and presents it with a funnel analysis included making it much easier to keep up to date with how the business is developing.

As with all PIAB method templates, PPP can be Personalised and customised to match your processes, data and branding.
