PROJECT in a box provides you with your own project support office enabling you to take effective control of all your project documentation with the minimum of effort. Our intuitive layout makes extensive use of PRINCE2™ process diagrams enabling you to quickly get to the information you require so you can share it amongst your team.

Supports all your PRINCE2™ needs...

Project in a box have licenses from OGC and HMSO to use the actual process maps from the PRINCE2™ manual and to ship the PRINCE2™ template pack and Glossary with our installs. This ensures that your use of the methodology, language and approaches stays strong long after you have left the classroom.

This means that the software looks just like your PRINCE2™ manual enabling you to navigate it with ease. Our document structure follows the 'information needs' sections and just shows you the documents recommended for production or review at each sub-process. This means you can address the requirements without having to continually refer to your notes and avoids you forgetting key steps in the process.

The community edition has an open access policy enabling any user with the install to access their project documents. Users can also export a snapshot of the project which comes CD or Intranet ready with it's own dynamic HTML file browser so you can share your project documents as widely or closely as you wish.

Simply create a snapshot of the entire project and put it in your secure storage. If you want to recover anything from archive it couldn't be easier, simply use the html file index provided with the snapshot.
