Yes it is that time of year again and Project Challenge will be opening it's doors at Olympia on the 29th September giving you a great opportunity to come and see the best in Project Management products and services. Again the show runs for two full days and includes 40 free seminars so there is plenty to keep your attention and you can register here for free. With the rearrangement of the floorspace we have moved stands and will this year be on Stand 11 near Seminar Zone A. We look forward to seeing the usual good mix of existing customers and new prospects and this time we will be giving a sneak preview to the exciting new Version 3.0 so make sure you don't miss out. |

Version 3.0 Preview |

|
Version 3.0 of PROJECT in a box for multi users (Small Team and Enterprise Editions) provides extensive new capabilities in task, plan and resource management. Data is assembled automatically from your existing project plans held in MS Project, Excel or other selected sources and the system ties tasks, dates, resource allocations and PIAB users together. Different users can then see their tasks or resource allocations and deployment levels by project, group of projects or all projects. Similar views are provided to PMs and for the entire organisation with powerful filters and options to help you manage your activities and resources better. Of course all this valuable analysis can be provided in reports or as a data export for further refinement and higher level users can also set notification rules so that they are informed by email using rules for example if tasks are coming up to scheduled completion but their % complete looks low. |

Version 3.0 will be a free upgrade for existing customers with an active support contract so there has never been a better time to invest in Small Team or Enterprise Editions. Prices for new customers of version 3.0 will show a modest increase to reflect the significant new capabilities provided. Version 3.0 will be being demonstrated on our stand at Project Challenge at Olympia next week. If you can't make the show then contact us by email to arrange a web demonstration. |
